Kelly C. Bender, President (M.S., Geology): Ms. Bender provides senior review and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) for BEC technical documents. Ms. Bender has nine years experience preparing and reviewing technical documents for geological research and environmental assessments. In addition to her duties with BEC, Ms. Bender is a Mission Planner in the Arizona State University Geology Department, funded by NASA to control and direct the Thermal Imaging System (THEMIS) instrument currently compiling geologic data in orbit aboard Mars 2001 Odyssey. |

As a company, BEC is insured through Hudson Specialty Insurance (A+ rated) for general liability ($1 million per occurrence) and for contractor’s pollution liability and professional liability coverage ($1 million per occurrence for each), and automobile liability ($1 million per occurrence). This insurance is renewed through June 12, 2010. A project- or client-specific certificate of insurance naming the client as additional insured will be generated upon request. BEC personnel are all covered under Workers Compensation disability policies.
